T25 Captain swivel seat what grease to use?

Does any one know what grade of grease VW used for the Westfalia captain swivel seats ?

Don't know about Westfalia, but I use silicon grease on my Auto sleeper, you don't seem to need much & it doesn't migrate.

Ideal is to clean seat runners thoroughly and use food-grade white grease as its less likely to stain clothing/fabrics. Second best, lithium grease (cheapest at halfords in a tub). Would agree on silicon too.
