alternator, battery
Can someone give some advice,alternator sending charge but when i connect to battery starts to arc any ideas

How do you know the alternators sending charge? Which battery are you referring to? What starts to arc? Is it a petrol or a diesel? How are you starting the engine without the battery connected?

The arcing indicates current draw but you need to tell us the circumstances...what is it you are doing?
It isn't uncommon to get a small spark when re-connecting a battery terminal but you could use an ammeter in series to check if this is a sustained 'parasitical' drain ...
