2.1 dj head studs
Hi guys, new to the forum and im hoping someone can possibly answer my question, does anyone know or know somewhere who will know what the head stud machine measurements/dimensions are? I need to drill some broken seized head bolts out from my casing and helicoil then and I just want to make sure I get them as they came out of the factory! many thanks.

You're in for a treat tonight. I'm sure Itchy will post some very informative pics on the subject of drilling depths before long. Have you thought about extracting them with a welder?
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

Nobody make head studs you just buy them.
never drilled one out.
Where is a void below the stud so if you do drill then your pilot hole will tell you the depth.
Welding is better going to need proper big pillar drill otherwise.
when fitting new height to set is dictated by the head, don't set them too high or the dome nut will bottom out and you will be torquing the large lower thread.
