Derbyshire is a large place, whereabouts are you ?

Ah ..
I live in Ilkeston Derbyshire
... I see now, I'm up in the Derbyshire Dales so I'm not at home that close to Indian Country

Yes we will know various garages BUT most will only be able to work on the 'standard van bits' i.e. brakes and suspension, most won't have a clue with the idiosyncratic VW T25 bits and 99% of garages won't touch a T25 as they are time-consuming and have owners who are either 'careful' with their cash or skint.

A T25 is an enthusiast's vehicle, you have to be enthusiastic enough to spend your time learning to fix it yourself or enthusiastic enough to spend the cash and send it to a 'proper' garage .... Brickwerks are only up the road near Holmfirth and Si 'Toomanytoys' also repairs them not too far away. There is no cheap way to own a T25 in the long term without getting your hands dirty.

I know a couple of folk that have used them and we're happy with the service, ive had a chat to the owner on the phone about a problem with my van and he was very helpful .
