Can't select any gears

So I have a problem, van had a subaru conversion 10 months ago running a standard T25 AGT 5 speed dogleg gearbox and been running good. Had been driving fine and regularly used without issues, went to go out this evening but put my foot on the clutch to engage reverse and felt the pedal almost give way a bit, tried again but relizesd the pedal no longer has full travel, can't select any gears at all. Haven't had chance to get under it yet but does anybody recognise my symptoms? Slight wering noise when the I tried to reselect gears, I hoping it's something simple like the gear rod has come loose somehow but knowing my luck its terminal.

Possibly the clevis pin and hole are fubarred on the clutch pedal. Pray that it isn't this!

Thanks for that, forgot to mention I had a supposed T25 expert fit a new brake servo a couple of months ago, may have caused an issue. Hopefully not the clevis pin as seems a mega job, will have a look over the weekend.
