Anyway of checking if airflow meter is good

Hi to all is there anyway to check if your airflow meter is working properly....Im assuming mine is on its way out or is the problem some werer else.

there's a test procedure for it in the Bentley manual, you need a multimeter/ohmmeter, a good needle one will show drop outs better than a digital but a £3 one will do the basics you want
