Bracket sheared off!

Post by Hdickins »

My exhaust (JX diesel) is loose. And I found out why. The exhaust is bolted to a bracket, which itself is bolted to another big thick sheet of steel frame on the side of the engine. But this has sheared right through!!

So. What can I do!? I don't suppose I can easily source a new bracket. Or can I?

Any ideas?

THAT IS BRILLIANT.

I seriously didn't imagine that it would be a common problem, let alone an easily obtainable part. :D

Thank you Kevtherev!

(And thanks to Brickwerks for being so clever,)
