There is a colour which is virtually identical to the grey that Westfalia originally used on the kitchen block facia panel and it comes in a satin finish.
It's a propeller paint used by an American manufacturer called Hartzell and you can buy it here: http://www.lasaero.com/site/products/ar ... =E02YTK1ZP
I used cellulose thinners on mine and, rubbing very gently, brought it up like new. The vent panel on the fridge bottom and heater vent surrounds were rusty though and so I used said paint. It's impossible to tell the difference from the original colour.
Hope that helps.

The original colour would most likely have been a RAL colour - I think the closest looks like RAL 7037 STAUBGRAU.
You can get spray cans in the right colour in a satin finish on eBay, e.g. item 221132240596.

Cheers for the extra paint recommendations. Used Halfords Ford Polar grey in the end. Great match.
