We have just bought a 1980 T25 camper and found out she has stood for 1 year with no oil at all. I have towed it back home and just going to start work on her soon. Im looking for a little advice, shall I just start her up once I filled up with oil? Thanks

Take the plugs out, if possible heat the oil.
fill it up and turn it over until the oil light goes out.
or.. use an engine flushing oil, crank it over without the plugs then drain it, refill with proper grade

The usual would be to remove the spark plugs and then a couple of squirts of oil down each plug hole.
Fill with cheapo engine oil and manually turn over the engine over 5 - 10 times (still with the plugs out)
Now crank with the starter until the oil light (goes out (most of the oil in the cylinders will eject itself from the open plug threads) might need to wipe excess.
Refit plugs.
Start.
Run for 5 - 10 minutes applying varied revs after 2 minutes on idle.
Drop oil & filter.
Fit new filter & fill with regular oil....that should be enough, no need for flushes or third oil changes unless there is some other reason to do so.

I would add to Red Westies post, when you crank it by go 1/4 turn one way then 1/2 turn the other way, increase this till its a full turn both ways just to make sure the rings dont grab on rust and snap then go in correct rotation.
