does anybody use Torque App for android?
i bought the pro version ( because the free version wouldnt work with my bluetooth OBD adaptor but pro does). it connects to the ECU so i can read Revs and stuff but it says i have no fault codes when i clearly do, the glow plug light is flashing and if i use my mates pc and VCDS i have a fault with the brake switches.
the engine is a AHU TDI 1997 from a golf 3 in a t25 camper.
i only bought it for revs and to check the codes. am i missing something?

Re: Torque App for Android
I've got Torque Pro, and have the same thing with my 1998 new beetle - the gauges and stuff work, but it sais no fault codes found, even though loads show up when my local garage plug it into VAGCOM. Plugged my adapter into a friends Renault Clio, and Torque found some fault codes.
Unfortunately the ECU in my T25 1Z conversion is too old (1995) to be supported by my cheapy OBDII adapter, so I get nothing at all from Torque.
Not to hijack the thread, but I was looking at this on ebay earlier - full vagcom/ vcds software + cable for £48, sounds too good to be true, so probably is?

Will be keeping an eye on that - no bad feedback yet, but feels like a scam?
