you'd have to know the ET to know if you should fit spacers. I reckon they would need longer studs too..

5143 is possibly a model number. 17 7.0J is the wheel diameter and width. You need to ask the seller to tell you what the ET spacing is - it should be marked on the wheel somewhere.

PCD 5 x 112 ET 23 Load rate 675 KG per wheel
spoke to JK and the ET is not 23 ! They fit straight on without spacers etc...
