if you're considering the conversion but not sure ...... DO IT !!!! You can't possibly imagine how much better it is ... And worth every penny and some :ok

It totally transforms the van - yes it's noisier, but I find it so much more pleasent to drive, it's all about the torque, oh, and the fuel economy is nice too.

Andy, I'd also recommend adding a couple of switches in and putting the cruise control on, much nicer on the motorways, get it up to speed, hit the 'set' button, drop the arm rests and enjoy the drive :ok

Ive got an afn passat or audi a4 engine with matching flipped gearbox in my california t3 done about 10000 trouble free motoring .been to spain and back twice .cruise on motorways between 70 /80 at below 3000 revs I get about 450 out of a tank driving at 70mph all I can say is it will change your life I love it .cost was 4k but worth every penny maybe you can get it done cheaper now.
