Have a read of this, though not a heavy fleece lined one you refer to, I bought a lightweight one and wish I hadnt bothered. Pricey lesson.

Great info, and much appreciated! Might just get a lightweight in case of snow etc, but otherwise it sounds like wax is the way forward!

I sold my cover because it damaged the paint also had some sort of mold growing in the gutter.Decided im going to run van all year and not leave it sitting on drive.
