Elevating roof rubber edging

Hi All ,

My van is 1,9 W/C 1984 Autostrada Side Elevating Roof .

Has anyone sourced the rubber extrusion fitted to side elevating roofs ?
U shaped and bead profile , bead approx. 11.mm Diam . .

I ask as all the usual places JK , Heritage , Status , etc., sell it but seems
really expensive for a 11.m length .

Just wondering if anyone has found a manufacturer or alternative product .

I have discovered the seal is described as a "small boot/trunk seal" on
a lot of sites , problem is it comes in 30.m lengths , which kinda doesn't
help !

Any suggestions and pics will be appreciated .

Jk, status and I'm sure there is another are all 1 company now.
Have you tried proud to pop, pop top parts?

I have used the seal from jk on a couple of vans and it does the job just fine.
