metal coolant pipes

Post by ambivert »

Whoops, just picked a rust flake off the big metal coolant pipe which goes along under the van next to the gearbox, and the "bar-steward" sprung a leak! How expensive is this going to be? 1.9 dg.

Not NEARLY as expensive as if you hadn't picked the scab off, and the pipe'd let go on a hot motorway.
