Clutch question on T25 Autosleeper 1915cc 1988

Post by AndyFrenny »

Hi,

Is there an easy way to determine if my clutch is on the way out? It bites pretty high up, ie. the pedal is nearly at the top. Not sure if there is anywhere I can look to see how much is left. I prefer to do this job early then have it fail.

Also if it needs replacing is it an engine out job?

Thanks,

Andy

handbrake on...start....in gear.....leave handbrake on.........lift clutch and increase the revs.....if it stalls all is good if the revs in crease all is bad........you don't have to
