Devon upgrade glass to louvre?

seen this on ebay and was wondering how much of a faff to fit.

is it a case of changing the type of seal? or is the size all wrong etc.

Does not fit a T25 without surgery

Surgery to the glass or the window? i have a panel van and got the window for an absolute steal. Would like to fit it to the sliding door.
