vw t25 fuel gauge

Does any one no if it is hard to change the fuel gauge in the binnacle cheers colin

It's sort of working it keeps giving wrong info I have changed sender but still not Wright it only goes to 3 quarter of the way

Had a problem with mine.

Changed the sender, but problem was still there.

They work on resistance, so corrosion can cause problems.

Try cleaning the terminals on the back of the fuel gauge. This eventually solved it for me.

No problem. At least we have new senders now, so we can sleep easy that they won't cause issues any time soon!

I think that we all have had some of these new bits on our vans at one point or another. It doesn't feel as bad when they are relatively cheap bits though.
