Most are held by putting screws through the cupboards into the side of the fridge, the screws going into the fridge will not do any damage to it.Apart from a few small holes.

My old van had a fridge like that, there were some blanking plugs on the sides inside the fridge, a couple of inches in, under them were screws going into the cabinets.
