Well
this is about the best i can find of the sika on the lower sill seam

this is prior to recoating and then a fine coat of stonechip to the same area just under the sill
i will see if i have one of the rear panel with an inch applied

there you go
the joy of the powder coat is that it gets into everywhere

just a quick run through with a tap and its good,i use a touch iof coppaslip on the threads then life is easy in the future if it needs to come off
here you can just make out the panelguard at the bottom

sort of looks nicer with a light fitted, the screws will be changed when all is confirmed working ok

towbar fitted, satin black looks nice against the blue

guess the area time ?

booth lights have screwed the color ,wekll on my camera anyhow

but its big,blue and shiny

juicy front end to fit up after all the cavity treatment whilst stuff is off, will remove the dash again to get right in there, also easy whilst the glass is out.
Speaking of which.....
i have opened the wooden crate .serious,,will picky it tomoz and cleaned up the lovely tinted glass

but have issues with the 1/4 lights.
lower fixing through the glass was seized on both original units so judicious heat via a no1 jet and it freed off and the glass survived !

so that is out the way, new seals to be used and they are veewib and very nice quality
but the locking lever/catch is another matter

cap off/disintegrated and what to do with this....i would have to use heat and this would very likely shatter the glass, so its either new catches and leave these as is, they work fine or riskj the glass and there is no guarantee they will actually come off, i favor getting a pair of new ones
got some nice waterproof rivets (ex march)

for a couple of the neat items that need securing like the westy log on the towbar
