5 speed gear setup

Anyone tell me the right way for front and back of 5 speed vwt25 rhd
Gear selection.reverse is over to left front,bringing selector arm at rear
fully out right back.etc anyone run me through all the gear sequence front and rear as
My van was set up as 4 speed at front but I since have found that it has abn 5 speed gearbox and now am changing stick etc as i had a lot of problems in past.
