How much brake fluid

I need to replace my brake hoses so will be putting in new brake fluid. Question is how much do I need to purchase?

I seem to remember the figure was around 1.1 litres so 1.5l will allow you enough to bleed the clutch at the same time.
Furthest away from the master cylinder (1st) then making your way to the closest (DOT4)
