Early or late brakes

Post by mbcamper »

My van has just failed it's MOT with rusty ends to the brake flexi pipes. The kits you can purchase are for early and late vans (before and after 1986) and guess what my van is 1986!

So the question is, am I am early or late setup? Picture of front calliper below:

Thanks

Late, single piston, sliding calliper with crescent shaped brake pads. 5 rib Girling...although you could fit ATE but both sides (brake pads are the same irrespective).

:ok
