Clutch pedal stuck down

Hello,

I have a Diesel T25 1.6 that the clutch pedal is stuck down on. Its been standing for a while as its a project. I had to move it recently so jumped in and pushed the clutch pedal down and it never came back up, what should i start checking? as i don't fancy having to push it around again.
