Subaru EJ25 exhaust shopping list.

Okay after several years (I know its shocking, what can I say, I'm busy!! ) I'm finally thinking about finishing my EJ25 SOHC engine conversion in my syncro. I've got lots of little things to sort, fuel sender, reverse lights etc etc but first I'd like to sort the exhaust.
Really wanting a quieter one than RJES's but would like a free flowing as possible.
What I'm after is design ideas, pipe sizing, layout & where to get the parts. Would be interested in pics of peoples set-ups.

Would you be interested in selling your RJS one if you get a new one buy any chance?

Have a look at the rocky mountian westy site he makes a very nice looking set up it not that practical to inport one due to the costs. But it will give you an idea as to whats possible to make. The flanges are for sale on ebay quite cheaply the rest can be made quite easerly. I would look at using the wbx back box too keep the sound to a min.

Sorry no, I'm not selling my RJES exhaust.
I know the standard VW back-box is quiet but I'm concerned about too much back pressure, making the engine splutter at tick-over.
By flanges do you mean the exhaust manifolds? This is a concern for me as I've been waiting for RJES's ones for about 2 years!!
