Clutch Pipe
hi guys n gals. Im in need for some advise really. my clutch pipe has a split and im going to replace the slave cyclinder at the same time as the bleeder has snapped off while underneath the pipe doesn't look over clever all the way down. ive managed to get some wire reinforced rubber piping for work that we were throwing out
and wondered if that would do the job or if any one has done it..

Re: Clutch Pipe
You can get a joiner piece to bypass the dodgy bit, its not high pressure like the brake circuit so anything that holds fluid will get you there. But it does share the same reservoir as the brakes so fluid loss will not be a good thing ultimately. I think it's an unusual diameter pipe as well. I have a sneaky suspicion I have a role of it .... somewhere!

It's a 1983 1.9 dg water cooled transporter.....I might put the rubber piping on then and give it a go at least with it been low-ish pressure maybe a jubilee clip or 2 might hold it on?
