Have made an R&R bed using JK hinges, however the metal supports are denting the bottom front piece of ply they rest on. Is there a Trim I can get for these supports to sit on?
Cheers,
G.

Maybe a couple of small right angle brackets from B&Q? You could perhaps bend one leg of the L bracket around the top of the ply to make a U bracket, but really it only needs to protect the top edge of the ply I think.

B&Q do a U channel aluminium strip exactly the same as the one Reimo supplied on their R&R beds (which JK copied).
It comes in a length about right to do a 3/4 but the next size up is a bit longer than a full width.

This is what the brackets sit on in mine.

Thanks all.
I went to b&q today and saw the u metal. I will check it out when Smurfy (the kids named the van) is back from EliteVW.
