Water tank filler pipe connector

Hi all, My water tank filler pipe has disconnected itself from where it joins the filler cap just behind passenger seat and after looking at it i cant see how it was originally connected, I'm thinking maybe something has fallen off. Does anyone have any ideas what I might need to order to repair it or where i might find one? I have some pics but file size is too big, if i can work out how to change that i'll put them up
