Morning everyone,
Just put some brand new push rod tubes and seals in my 2.0l Aircooled van, after two weeks the inner seals are leaking already, before I go back to the supplier has anyone else had the same problem and come up with a solution?
Regards Garry

Invariably its the make of seal that can cause probs but at least they're easy to remove on yours.

Re: Pushrod tube seal problems
were they the silicone type? I have a full set of the silicone type and I put some plumbers silicone grease around each one before fitting, not a single leak. I have the spring loaded tubes and the spings are weak but if you give the tubes a twist to seat them better it can help.
