I'm out of ideas on how to fix my van! I have a 1.9 wbx with a weber 34 dat fitted.
The problem is it will only run with full throttle and wont idle or run anywhere inbetween!
I've changed the fuel pump filter and idle control valve also stripped the carb down and given it a good clean out!
Its also on lpg runs fine on gas just not petrol

I can't remember the last time my van ran on petrol. 
however if you ever need to use the stuff I guess this could be an issue.
The idle cut off valve is the obvious culprit as is a blocked idle jet.
My only advice is to redo what you have already done.
Is the cut off valve definitely opening with the ignition on?
