White smoke - sorted :)

Hopefully someone can help. After refurbing engine etc I used to get a little white smoke when I revved it but nothing bad at all really. I suspected the electric pump was too powerful and was over fuelling so I've just changed to a low pressure facet posi flow one. However, now it smokes loads when I rev it. Any ideas what's going on?

How long are you running it to see if the smoke stiops. I suspect it's steam and the exhaust isn't hot enough to have burnt the moisture off, creating steam.

I suspected that too, but wasn't sure. Got a 30 min drive to do in a bit for the MOT retest so will find out shortly

Looks like it was just steam

However, I now have a small issue of what appears to be fuel starvation once I get above about 45, so the 30 min journey took ab out 40! Something else to look at now then
