Lining my t25

Only use the high temp spray unless you want to redo it like i had to . luckily it was just the head linning . I ran out of the high temp stuff and could not wait so tried the stuff from a carpet shop . It lasted about 2 weeks until the sun came out and melted it .

The carpet from Megavanmats is excellent - as is the high temp adhesive.

Just out of curiosity and not that it happened to me or anything (cough cough) How to remove over spray from the glue on the carpet??

The mega van mats glue remover, solvent remover whatever it's called is excellent and well worth having to remove tar and other sticky stuff, works best if used early but also happy at removing stuff that's fully dried.

Anybody got any pics? i need to do headlining and pillars

I did the rear headlining on my Holdsworth pop-top where its suspended with wire, same fashion as the main cab. I simply took the old conversion one out and used as a template. I used the stretch carpet and stiched the part where the rods went though, using a heavy-duty Denim needle in the wife's sewing machine, and a stronger cotton.

I was very pleased with the result too.

For our cab floor I used MVM basic acoustic cloth that was left over from covering the interior panels. Went on easily, stills looks fine 12 months on, protected with MVM mat set and cheap enough to do again when it wears out.

A few pics of mine using MVM stretch carpet. As mentioned easy enough to do. Shame my wife had to get in the roof bed area to spray the adhesive as I couldn't fit up there. Came back down looking like she'd spent the week on poppers!

The part you can see is stuck to the metal, it sticks very nicely to metal. I will put some pictures up tomorrow of the high top roof if you have one and explain how I did it.

It's looking good. With some patience you can get the material to tuck behind the kitchen window seal (clean screwdriver and a window lacing tool help).

That would depend on the high top type, are you just covering the inner high top or the rest of the interior? Do you intend to cover the high top without insulation? Or do what I did and glue on thin batons, put insulation in between and make a few panels to cover individually and screw to the batons?

However, I used 12 meters of the 2 meter wide stretch fabric and I think about 8 x 2 meters of the acoustic cloth all from MVM to do my entire van. Cost around £200, maybe a bit more but that includes adhesive.
