Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
scared me then, though you had one off the shelf
Well
we knew it had accident work and that was obviouse but now we have proof that it has been on a car-O-liner or similar, heres where it was hooked down

better open this right up

removed it now
given a good blasting, the thin stip is the rear part of the arch, also blasted before i rejoin it,
it may seem a longwinded method but,i cant think of an easier /quicker way to get this part off,but am open to ideas as always

cut the little bit of seal moulding off the other end. blasted the area and pitted but sound, also its very good heavy steel

here its migged on, now as you know they are only about 10-12mm inside so you will note the mig tip , i have cut an old shroud down and also i use an 8mm tip with 0.6 wire as it works better for me, i have turned the gas flow up a bit and as the weld is within the recessed area then it is not an issue

i have also ran a small bead of braze along the top length of it
nipped down my mates and made a batch of these

with this

hehe,
the 2 parts of the arch i tacked together then trial fit to confirm all is in line then seam weld it

going back on

this is the top join sort of hidden by the door

welded back , just need to dress it with a disc and a few taps etc and good as new

Mickey - you've broken BotoPhucket! You've hit the bandwidth cap, so no photos are showing...
US$30/yr gets you twice the storage space plus unlimited bandwidth. http://photobucket.com/pricing" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

AAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!
Had this on my pbucket account, due to the pics getting too many views. I had to pay $2.99 a month to make all my pics re appear.

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
nope, its a bandwidth thing not a storage space thing..
or in other words, it's not the size of reel the mig will hold, it's the gauge of wire that needs to increase

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
I looked into it a bit, basically every time someone looks at this thread it eats into a set limit. Once that is reached it stops allowing the pics to be viewed, until money is coughed up. Then they all come back.
Happened to me with the getting there thread

No, if you stop paying, you go back to the free level, with restrictions.metalmick8y wrote:ok so then you have to pay for ever,is that correct
$30/yr = £18/yr.

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
Yes, but you then can put all your pics on one account instead of sharing them around.
The pics are still there, if you click on one it shows it.
As Adrian says, when you stop paying it reverts to how it is now. the photos are still on the pbucket account, just not available to view on a thread.
A very big BUT here though. This problem is ONLY for this month. You have only exceeded the view limit for this month. At the end of the month all the pics will re appear.
(The monthly reset date is counted from the day you opened the account. So 12th to the 12th ect)

Only if you use more bandwidth than the free account gives you.

No matter what you do, you have to "rent" something here. At the extreme, it's a bigger/faster internet connection for the server you've got installed at home... But that's going to be a MUCH more expensive solution! Sledgehammer, nut.
