I suspect you've got two leisure batteries?
You could try disconnecting the positive connectors and see what doesn't work when each is disconnected? or tracing the wires.

As far as getting batteries out this often baffles people.
Sit on the passenger seat and push it back as far as you can. Then turn the seat through 180 degrees, so it is facing backwards. You should then be able to take that battery out. With a lhd van, I find the only way to get the battery out from under the driver's seat is to move the front seat about 45 degrees clockwise (rhd 45 degrees anti-clocwise) and slide the seat backwards off it's runners and then turning the seat platform through 180 degrees.
You'll get the hang of it.

Re: westfalia club joker 3 batterys ?
Westy Joker would have had 1 starter battery in the engine bay 'for the engine and general electrics. A second 'starter' battery fitted behind the drivers seat, for 'leisure' electrics.
And
I suspect....the 'free battery box' space for a second 'starter battery for the leisure side, will have bee added at a later date and wired in series with the other battery (behind the seat) to double the capacity of the leisure battery setup.
If it follows the usual setup, a split charge relay and associated wiring will be situated in the void next to the drivers side battery box (close to the hand brake lever).
To access the drivers side battery you will need to slide the seat off it's rails (use release lever) and then turn the swivel base 180 degress. there should be enough room on the passenger side as the seat is able to turn all the way around, unlike the drivers side.
Remove the long retaining bracket/clamp.
