Vcds lite

Post by Cableguy »

Finally got round to plugging the eBay cable in after 2 years and guess what?
It doesn't bleedin work!!
I get the vcds screen etc and changed all the port settings etc, but does precisely zilch.
Tried registering it at Ross tech, but it doesn't have a serial number, so back to the drawing board.
Any suggestions as to where I can get a decent lead from?

Thanks for the reply.
Looked at the Ross tech site and went through all their suggested fixes. Changed the power options in the end and got it working!!
Noticed the IQ setting of 6.8 at idle!
No wonder it's a bit smelly
Just need to register it and can adjust it a bit. :ok
