1.6 td headlight relay query

Hi, I have a T25 1.6td Westfalia, can anyone please help? I am trying to identify which relay is for the headlights as I only have the side lights and full beam when I hold in the indicator stick. I have seen this is quite a common problem and have checked fuses and earth points etc.

I did a search online and the relay that came up does not seem to fit any of my existing relay holders. I bought one for GSF to try. I know that it might also be the rocker or stick switch on the steering column but I thought I would try the relay first. I have also read that a relay is not fitted but I am not sure about this. is the diesel different to the petrol?

On a factory setup there are no relays related to the lights. In the light circuit there are no differencies depending it is diesel or petrol but lot of difference depending the year of manufacture. You can check the wiring diagrams:
