rain water in the door

Post by sternal »

On the passenger door the door card seems to get wet at the bottom, did a test this morning of pouring water down the window from a bottle, and its getting in from the rubber (scrapers) if I replace the outer should this solve this ? (drivers side fine with test)
is there anyway of repairing the rubbers ?

many thanks :ok

They aren't designed to be watertight! The plastic membrane is most probably missing from under the card, this keeps the water inside the door to drain out of the bottom.
