What is the point of the crankcase breather heater that plugs into the inlet air elbow? I have recently bought a Digijet equipped engine but there is no cut wiring or stray plug for it.
Was it for certain cold region markets only?

It should be fitted on any of the petrol injected engines, it's to heat up the vapours to stop them sticking to the throttle body.
