Hi
I am replacing the trailing arms on my Devon, I had is connected the drive shafts, break lines and shocks, I will need to cut the arms off, the problem I have is that the hand break cables that pass through the back plates are stuck fast, should these just pull out with their liners.
Many thanks

Re: handbrake cable
Hi,
I just replaced both my handbrake cables at the weekend. I just put a pair of mole grips onto the plastic that sticks out of the backplate and carefully twisted back and forth until they came out.
The new ones from Brickwerks were excellent quality and fitted very neatly into the backplates.
