Thanks for the tip Mick I've tried to twist 'em out but still no joy. By "twist" do you mean unscrew? or just a part turn I managed to turn one through 360 degrees but it didn't seem any different to be honest I'm not bothered about damaging them as I'll put new ones in but I don't want to "cock" up the pipework that feeds them,
thanks for the tip the bus is in the shop so I'll have to give it a go a lunchtime tomorrow the sprayer wont touch it in case he brakes something! what do you suggest twist about 90 degrees?
metalmick8y wrote:wow, you had the whole panel where the wipers come through replaced ? was this recently and where did the big panel come from

yes whole panel replaced also the panel around the fuel cap replaced and a 1.9 diesel engine from a 52 plate skoda fabia fitted.panels from justkampers
ok , when did you buy the upper front panel and would you nip out to the van and taker a straight edge like a loose 12" hacksaw blade, nno nono, not to cut it off but would you place it on the front panel vertically in the middle and see if your panel is bowed out which would mean the blade rocks or if flat in which case you may see daylight/air under the blade
