dash pod warning lights
does anyone know where I can get replacement bulbs for the warning lights

Which warning light? If it's one of the LEDs then you should be able to pick one up at somewhere like Maplins.

You sure they need replacing ? It would be unusual for both to fail at the same time, plus LED's last virtually for ever. It could be a wiring fault on the dash PCB = quite common.
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

Basically I'm hardwiring the pod to get rid of the pcb and the bulbs I have tested and are no good

ive tried the ones from maplins and they seem to blow straight away guessing there not 12volt leds

No LEDs are 12 volt. They have to have a resistor in one of the leads. The value varies depending on the current draw (and hence the designed brightness of the LED). See an LED resistance calculator as per THIS ONE.
