Westfalia colour chart

Post by chriscburgess »

Does anyone know where i can get hold of a Westie colour chart.

I have an Ivory westy which I am thinking of rollering. To be honest I have always thought of it as a boring colour. But wanting to keep the Westie theme going I was wondering what other colours there may be.

I quite like two -tone but don't think Westie did them

There's some colour info in the different sections on the various Westy models on the http://www.westfaliat3.info/ website.

Ivory is best - a good old vw colour that I thing goes back about 60 years. It stands out from the crowd. Give yours a polish. Keep the faith.
However, if you must jump ship, why not pop along to a car paint maker and check out the options.

A bit obtuse Kev but I guess that what you are saying is that the vans were painted by VW and Westfalia adapted them which I assume would be the case.

So with the benefit of hindsight my question should have probably been "did Westfalia only convert certain VW coloured vans and if so which colours?"
