Water tank filler elbow

Post by mbcamper »

I was experiencing a curious wheel noise on my van and found there was a tube in the passenger wheel arch rubbing against the tyre. This is it at the moment with a temporary fix!

The tube is attached to the on board water tank which is located under the van by the sliding door. The filler is here by the passenger seat:

Basically the filler bit / elbow is rusted beyond repair and I need a new one. Question is, does anyone know where I can purchase one?

Thanks

Mark

Just use a deck water filler plus new length of hose. Plastic one will cost you all of £10. (note to self - must get a new one for the boat)
Like these http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_sacat ... er&_sop=15 Just make sure you get the correct size spigot to match your hose and tank spigot.

Thanks - I've found lots of possibilities now I know it's called a "deck filler".
