Lack of power and acceleration.

Post by JamesKT25 »

I have just fitted a new coil and king lead to my van. 1.9 dg. I have driven it for 15 miles no problem, however when i took it to a mates last night once i had done a couple of miles it refused to rev or pull off without screaming the nuts off it. i couldnt accelerate at all even when going downhill. I am not 100% it is linked to the new coil but its the only thing that has changed since it last ran properly.... any help would be greatly appreciated :(

crossed the number from the bosch one that was on to the one i have now. it is an intermotor one  which i hate but bosch was special order and i needed to get it home when it was stuck at work. i work at Andrew Pages so have the facilities to cross reference numbers and such.
