do all t25 dashboards have gaps at the ends like this?
think i might fill them up before painting

looks great but I hope the filler can cope with expansion in the sun, think that's why VW built them the way they did, when the doors are shut you don't notice the gap anyway

looks fine to me, did you weld/braze it first or just pod

used fibreglass filler from inside then ip45 for top coats ,
just got to sort rest of van now !
