galvanising

Post by Shaundon »

I'm about to get my trailing arms galvanised at Medway in kent , but they have a minimum order of 100KG and the trailing arms only weigh about 24kg. Anyone want anything galvanised that wants to double up with me and get it done at the same time?

When I have had a small rush order for boat bits they charged for a minimum order weight's cost rather than the actual weight. Check your local boatyard and see if they are in the process of getting a load done and you can tag yours on. I put a load of anchor chain in with mine and still didn't make the minimum! It was still worth it though.
