Headlight washers - Square to round grill?

Headlight washers - can these be removed from the square headlights and fitted onto the twin SA headlight grill?
I'm asking because I have LHD squares with washers and would like to fit round RHD twins and transfer over the washers.

I've taken the grill off my T3 (square lights), and it looks like the washer jet units might come off and the Haynes manual shows the washer unit on the single round lights, they are different but does anyone know if it is relatively easy to move my washer units to a twin round headlight grill?
I noticed that there was a metal plate on the lower edge of my grill (I'm guessing a strengthening plate for the washer unit), if this is not on the twin round light grill it would be a pain to move over and might damage the grill in the process.

If I did reuse the washer units would this be a deal breaker if I sell on the LHD square lights & grill?

I'm keen on putting RHD lights on my T3 and twin round ones seem to be the way to go for a number of reasons:
I have 2 large round spots already on the bumper.
RHD square lights are like rocking horse %#! &.
Round lights will be easier to source if they get damaged in the future.

I dont think the SA grill would be strong enough to support them. Theyre are made with a flimsier pastic.
