Early van with rear wash/wipe help needed

I have an early set up with a relay down in the passenger footwell.
It's not working and the wiring to it is wrong in that it doesn't have a 12v feed to it.
Would be great if someone could have a look at their early set up and let me know.
If not I'll have to rip it out and start at the stalk.
