LHD 1989 Syncro fuse box location and fuse lists

Please point me to the location of the fuse box and a list of which is which?

I have no power at my courtesy light, although the wiring at the light and the door switch seems good. Is there a fuse associated?

it is just left of the steering column under a plastic cover. On the inner side of the plastic cover there is the fuse list. NR 3 is the fuse of the inner lights and radio.
