will a df engine exhaust fit a dg engine

hi as subjected need to know as i am needing to replace the engine in my bus and i cant find many df engine

Yes an exhaust off a DF engine will fit on a DG. As Kev states, there is a difference between early (pre ~86) and late DG exhausts, but, if you remove a couple of exhaust mounting parts that may have been left on the DG engine (if it was the late type) then the DF system will fit fine. (I have the same on one of my 2 vans)

Re Exhaust studs, use PlusGas not WD40 and lots of heat from a gas blow lamp
